FR 220HV | FR-220HV is an emulsion liquid anionic polymer friction reducer designed for coil tubing and frac jobs. FR-220HV is a high vis high brine FR. FR-220HV will invert almost instantly to yield maximum friction reduction when added to well fracture water. At pump rates of 40 to 120 bbls/min the product reduces friction in a typical Fresh/PW frac water, 2% KCl water and CaCl2 brine by up to 70% in about 5-30 seconds. The FR-220HV is formulated to deal with high salt concentrations, managing high friction reduction in brine environment, allowing for frac water reuse, able to create a laminar flow in frac fluids, reducing turbulent flow which creates frictional pressure. The FR-220HV is best applied in fresh water or low chloride (2% KCl) water to generate high viscosity. The oil carrier used to support the polymer is a very low aromatic content oil (ND0, reducing concerns over the presence of BTEX in water. |
FR 240HV | FR-240HV is low charge, high molecular anionic friction reducer designed to be added “on-the fly” to water to very heavy brines (“slick water fracs”). Typical dosages range from ¼ to 1 gallon per 1000 gallons of fluid with reduction in friction pressures by as much as 80% versus fresh water. FR-240HV is a single component emulsion polymer that can be pre-diluted with water prior to use but because it is a rapid yielding product it is usually fed “on-the fly”. Data compiled in our friction loop show that FR-240HV added at 0.5gal/1000 gal can maintain 60% friction reduction while standard friction reducers are only able to achieve 25-30% at these dosage levels. |
FR 300C | FR300Cis a low charge, high molecular weight cationic friction reducer designed for use in water-based fracturing fluids, acids, and brines. FR 300C can reduce friction by greater than 60% at dosages as low as ¼ gallon per 1000 gallons of fluid. Because it is a cationic polymer, FR 300C is compatible with both nonionic and cationic additives for multi-system use. |

Very high APMS loading helps this PAM to sustain harsh conditions and offers excellent elasticity for proppant transportation. It reduces friction pressure in excess of 70% in presence of high Calcium and Ferric ions. As a high PAM loading product, FR-1200HV has significant logistic and storage benefits. IC 50 | CCT-IC50 is a highly effective iron control chemical designed for application in acidizing and fracturing operations. LoneLube 100L is a true environmentally safe lubricant for Oil Base Systems. The filter cake formed in the well is compressed and gives additional slip to the pipe. LoneLube 100L has excellent lubrication properties and has little effect on rheology allowing the product to be used in all oil-based weighted and non-weighted mud systems. DRA 200 | DRA 200 is a concentrated high molecular weight polymer emulsion which is designed to hast hydrate and reduce pipe line friction by 50-60%. DRA 200 additives works by changing the turbulence flow to lamellar flow in a pipe. DR 200 is used in petroleum pipelines, they increase the pipeline capacity by reducing turbulence and therefore allowing the oil to flow more efficiently. DR 200 is high temperature and high shear resistance. By adding ultra low concentration of the DR200 product in the pipeline, the oil viscosity also can be significantly reduced. The viscosity of the bitumen remains low even as the temperature is reduced. This further resolves the surface transport issues of the heavy oil. |
