Flowback Additives
Csurf 301 is a nonionic water‐soluble surface tension reducer formulated for use in acidizing, well stimulation, and fracturing operations. When used in acidizing the Csurf 301 disperses oils and sludge to provide maximum contact of acid with formation. The Csurf 301 will serve to break through water blocks and prevent crude oil in water emulsions. The product can be used as a spearhead fluid in acidizing and fracturing treatments to lower the breakdown pressures and minimize the potential for forming water/oil or acid/oil emulsions.
CSURF 364 is proprietary an advanced micelle solution for use in hydraulic fracturing. The formulation is designed as a multi-functional additive that performs as both a non-emulsifier and surface active agent. The micelles in CSURF 364 in <100 nm in size, allowing increased penetration into tight formation pore throats.
Scale Inhibitors
Ca/Ba Scale Inhibitor
SI-700B is a polymeric scale inhibitor blend which has excellent performance in controlling mineral scale such as Calcium Carbonate and Barium Sulphate in downhole and surface conditions. SI-700B will exhibit a degree of adsorption on to rock surfaces, resulting in improved squeeze lifetimes. SI-700B is thermally stable to 400℉ and is not affected by the presence of Iron and other foulants.
Iron tolerant Scale Inhibitor
Clay Stabilizers
ClaySeal-70 is a proprietary Choline Chloride blend to stabilize clay swelling. This is a cost effective and high-performance alternative to 2% KCl and Choline 70%.

Biocide
A highly effective synergistic microbicide for controlling spoilage, odor causing, corrosion inducing, slime-forming bacteria, sulfate-reducing bacteria, fungi, yeast molds and algae in water flood systems, fracturing/frac fluids, drilling, completion and workover fluids, packer fluids, oil products and transmission pipelines and systems, gas production and transmission pipelines and systems, gas storage wells and systems, hydro testing, pipeline pigging and scraping operations.

Crosslinkers

DXL-B40 produces a gel structure that is thermally stable and elastic, which enables it to heal and reform a stable gel after shearing. DXL-B40 yields a high cross-linked viscosity which enables the use of lower polymer loadings to minimize formation damage. Gels with DXL-B40 have an enhanced cross-link stability, which enables efficient proppant transport for greater fracture conductivity.
DXL-B40 is a delayed borate cross-linker for guar and derivatized guar fracturing-fluid systems. It provides extended cross-link times at temperatures 225oF or below. The normal concentration range for DXL-B40 is 1-2 gpt based on the polymer loading.
Breakers
CCT APS is an encapsulated oxidizer for use as a delayed release breaker for guar and guar derivative based fracturing fluids. The slow release of the oxidizer allows higher breaker concentrations to be used without compromising the fluid rheology and proppant transport capability. CCT APS is effective at temperatures from 150 to 225°F (66 to 107°C).

Gellants
CCT GS40 Gel is a pure, high viscosity 4-pound active liquid guar slurry suspended in a clean non-aromatic hydrocarbon formulated to increase the viscosity of water. The product is able to provide rapid hydration and fluid yield values for ease of use in the field. Water gelled with CCT GS40 Gel maximizes formation fracture width allowing for placement of higher proppant loading and lower pump rates.
The CCT X-40 Gel series is designed as a superior quality Xanthan gum slurry system. Manufactured using high quality Xanthan gum powders and environmentally friendly ND BTEX mineral oil, the series is uniquely formulated to meet your needs. With a hydration rate of 25+cP in 3 minutes. CCT X-40 Gel provides rapid hydration with low separation.
